CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day)

Constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) at a high-intensity. Every day we have a new workout, called the Workout Of the Day.

 

Structure/Strength

In our strength classes you will work on building a strong foundations. This class will be a combination of regular Strength training combined with Strongman elements like Sandbag Carry and heavy sled push/pull.

Sweat & Endurance Sessions

Our endurance class. In these classes you can expect longer workouts. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, running, rowers and bikes. There will be fewer complex movements as the focus here will mainly be on conditioning and making you sweat.

Olympic Weightlifting

In this class there will be a focus on the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk where we work on both technique and strength. These are the main movements, but the programming will help you to become a better overall lifter.

Gymnastics

In this class we focus on the gymnastics movements within CrossFit. Think of Pull Ups, Handstands or Muscle Ups. Next to the more complex technique we also focus on building a strong foundation which helps in all the gymnastics movements.

Mobility

We call this class Yoga for CrossFitters. Our Mobility coach specifically targets your body, which will be beneficial for the CrossFit movements we do in class. So want to work on better mobility? Join this class!
